I made a second blood donation after a year. I am excited because I am going to the Red cross in Sleman. The first blood donation was in one of the hospitals in Yogyakarta when I was helping a good friend that needed help and had the same blood type as me. I searched on Google and found out the Sleman Red Cross is not far from home. In preparation for the blood donation, I was sleeping well, which is 8 hours on the day before, and I ate in the morning before going to the place around 8 p.m. The area was relatively clean when I arrived, and the room was nice and tidy. The doctor came to me and asked some questions, mainly to ensure that I had enough sleep and had eaten. I also filled up some forms for registration. After completing the registration, I walked to the chair. The doctor is doing the process on my left arm.
