I still remember around
the beginning of 2011. In the afternoon, my parents brought me to one of the
property marketing offices in Tangerang City. Incidentally, the location of the
housing is quite close to the parent's house, so it is affordable from home.
When entering the office,
on the left there are several marketing people sitting. At that time, I was new
in the property sector, I was embarrassed to ask for a brochure from one of the
marketing and I was invited to sit down. First, I opened the brochure and I was
surprised when I saw the number because the numbers were far from my monthly
salary range.
I then politely refused
to sit down because I was aware of my abilities at that time, so I immediately
left the marketing office and after being outside the office for a while, I
just stared at the office while saying to myself, "One day, I will come
back here again."
(10 years later)
My brother and I drove a
car from Jakarta to the marketing office in Tangerang city, when we got there,
I immediately got out of the car and stopped for a moment outside the building.
I still remember the promise I made about 10 years ago.
After entering the
marketing office, I noticed that the building model was still the same, only
the interior was different because the position of the marketing desk was no
longer on the left but more spread out on the front and back with a miniature
house on the back.
One of the marketers then
approached us, at first I only intended to take a look first, after discussing
at length the types of houses, prices, discounts to be given, and bonuses, then
we were escorted around the housing location. From afternoon to evening I
enjoyed the process by process, there have been many changes that have taken
place and many interesting clusters.
After seeing the house,
its strategic location, and also the discounted price given is very good,
because in my opinion, during the pandemic there will be even more discounts
given, so that without waiting long, I immediately made a deal to invest in
property here because I sure this property has bright prospects in the future.

I believe that every
Dream must have hope. Because hope is like a small light that will guide our
path to take every small step until the dream comes true even in the long term.
I also believe in the Law of Attraction which explains that everything we want
will be sent into the universe and will return to ourselves until it finally
materializes.
Indeed, not all dreams
will eventually come true, some have come true, but some have not. But I enjoy
the process after process and dreams can be lighter in life to become a better
person, especially if all of this will bring goodness to the family, I will do
it until it comes true.
