  Several months ago, I got a one-month freelance job in Geohazard Survey. My previous work experience in 11 years was mainly focused on streamers seismic survey & Ocean Bottom Node (OBN). The experience in the field of Geohazard Survey was quite an exciting and challenging experience. I have a principle that "The glass must always be emptied, so that it can be fully filled." In essence, if we master a field, we should never stop learning only in one area but continue to learn other new things by always giving room to add new broader experiences. After I was on board, I learned many new things. The navigation system used is Qinsy, then the MBES processing used is Qimera. As an online surveyor, I operate Qinsy a lot daily, so I have added a lot of new learning to the Geohazard survey.   Tidak terasa sudah hampir habis masa berlaku 10 tahun vaksin Yellow Fever yang pernah saya ambil di tahun 2012 lalu, begitu pula sudah hampir habis baris vaksin di buku ICV yang lama. Oleh karena itu, saya harus mengambil booster vaksin Yellow Fever yang kedua dan  mengganti buku ICV dengan yang baru. Ternyata prosedur nya sangat mudah dan cepat. Sehingga melalui artikel ini, saya ingin berbagi pengalaman ketika saya mengambil vaksin Yellow Fever dan bagaimana cara membuat buku ICV baru di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) Yogyakarta. 1. Apa yang dimaksud dengan International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV)? ICV adalah dokumen berisi daftar vaksinasi yang telah diterima oleh setiap individu dimana vaksin-vaksin tersebut dibutuhkan sebagai syarat untuk ke luar negeri. Buku ICV ini telah diakui oleh Badan Kesehatan Dunia WHO. 2. Dimana membuat buku ICV ? Buku ICV dapat dibuat di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) terdekat. Saya membuat buku ICV di KKP Yogyakarta yang beralama
